Cloudflare
This site uses Cloudflare CDN and security protection services, which may collect IP addresses, HTTP request headers, and access timestamps to identify and prevent malicious traffic. The Cloudflare Privacy Policy applies.

Cross-Border Transfer
Because this site uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare services, some data may be transferred outside the Republic of China, including to the United States, for processing and storage. This site has assessed the data protection level of recipient countries, and the service providers above commit to complying with applicable data protection laws.
Data Retention Period
- GA4 event data: 14 months
- Cloudflare logs: According to Cloudflare policy, usually within 72 hours
- Email inquiries: Retained for up to 1 year after the response is completed, then deleted
Your Rights
Data Security & Incident Notification
This site takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your access records, including HTTPS encrypted transmission and Cloudflare security protection.
If a data breach or improper access security incident occurs that may endanger your privacy rights, this site will assess whether to notify the Personal Data Protection Commission under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and competent authority rules, and will notify affected data subjects in an appropriate manner.
